Delete your account & data
Public URL for app store / compliance forms. EscapeBot uses Clerk for sign-in and account management. This page explains how to remove your data.
1. Delete your user account (Clerk)
When you delete your account, Clerk removes your user record from our authentication system according to their processes. That typically includes your email, name, and profile data held for sign-in.
- Sign in to EscapeBot.
- Open the account area: https://escape-bot.com/user-profile (or use the profile / account entry in the app, which opens the same Clerk User profile experience).
- In the Clerk profile, go to Security, then use Delete account and confirm. Wording may vary slightly by Clerk version; it is always under the security / danger zone section of the user profile.
2. After account deletion
Some in-app or server-side data may be retained for a short period for backups, fraud prevention, or legal requirements, then purged or anonymized. See the Privacy Policy for details.
3. Can't sign in or need help
Include the email you used to register so we can match your request. We may need to verify ownership before taking action.
